Strategic Sourcing Manager
Hydrite Chemical Company located in Brookfield, WI is looking for an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager with strong negotiation skills. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and improving the supply chain processes necessary to support our customer base, while optimizing the supply network and using innovative sourcing approaches to lower total cost. The Successful candidate will drive for strategic sourcing initiatives in support of vendor selections and negotiating contracts with suppliers while developing and executing the global procurement strategy. Responsibilities include creating innovative strategic sourcing solutions, leading cross functional teams, and building supplier rel-ationship strategies while ensuring internal business requirements are met. Qualified Candidates should have a college degree, 7 years of chemical distribution experience, know- ledge of accounting principles related to costing, inventory, and profit.
