Chief Accountant Job in Budapest, Budapest Hungary
Our client, a leading multinational manufacturing group with significant operations across Europe is looking for a talented and highly experienced Chief Accountant to join their corporate centre finance team to lead the General Accounting activity for a specific country and partners with the business.
Working from their central European head quarters your role will be focused on managing all balance sheet and income statement reporting for the country, ensure that reporting is ready for consolidation, reviewing regional financial and management reports with the business, as well as managing the monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities for the country. The company offers excellent career development possibilities so after around 2-3 years it is expected that you will be promoted into a more senior role within the group.
In order to succeed in this position you should have significant controller experience gained in a large manufacturing company.
Candidate must have excellent technical skills as well as the ability to work and manage projects with senior managers.
Candidate must speak fluent English.
