CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Idaho Transportation Department is recruiting for Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).  This is an exempt position serving on the executive team.  The CAO provides leadership to a division of approximately 200 employees providing support and service in the areas of finance, budget, information technology, and business support functions in supply, purchasing, and facilities to a department of 1800 employees.  The CAO is responsible for developing and executing business strategy, managing cash flow and aligning business functions to achieve the department mission and vision.   The most desirable candidates will have proven experience in fostering internal and external customer service and business innovation.  Experience in both public and private sectors a plus.  Competitive pay and benefit package available.  Please submit your resume to Mary.Harker@itd.idaho.gov or by August 12, 2013.
