Chief Compliance Officer recruitment

Small Foreign Bank Branch seeks Chief Compliance Officer, CCO.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Senior Vice President and Head of Compliance Division are:
Review and update, on an ongoing basis, all Compliance policies and procedures for the New York Branch.
Coordinate with the Head Office to ensure that New York Branch policies and procedures are compliant with the Banks regulations and requirements.
Make certain that the New York Branch complies with applicable Federal Reserve and New York State banking regulations and manage day-to-day activities of the Compliance function.
Assume oversight responsibility for Compliance of the New York Branch with the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, OFAC regulations, and all other applicable BSA / AML / OFAC statutes, regulations and best practices. 
Review, at least on an annual basis, all business, operations and administrative departments within the Branch to ensure compliance with the Bank's Compliance policies and procedures, applicable supervisory guidelines and adequacy of operational and systems controls.
Follow up on the remedial actions taken by the departments concerned on any deficiencies noted during the annual Compliance review.
Conduct or supervise the outsourcing, as necessary, of Compliance training seminars for all employees.
Function as liaison to New York State Banking Department and U.S. regulatory agencies during Branch examinations by Federal Reserve Bank of New York and New York State Banking Department.
Handle the filing of SAR and CTR reports and contact the appropriate government entities, such as OFAC or FinCEN, as necessary on prohibited customers. Base salary $175,000 to $200,000 plus bonus.
10+ years of Compliance experience with a Foreign Bank Branch. Must have experience with Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, OFAC regulations, and all other applicable BSA / AML / OFAC statutes, regulations and best practices.
