Chief Credit Risk Manager recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Establish and review Private Banking Credit Risk management policies, credit limit and procedures
- Review and approve credit applications and ensuring in compliance with Group compliance standard and external regulatory requirement
- Perform due diligence for related new products and credit programs
- Oversee and monitor the asset qualities of the Private Banking portfolios within the bank group
Requirement:
- University degree or above in Business Administration / Finance / Marketing / Economics / Statistics or equivalent, credit-related professional qualification will be favorably considered
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Financial Institutions and at least 5 years of Credit management experience in Private Banking
- Familiar with regulatory requirements and market practices in Private Banking business
- Sound knowledge on various products and compliance control
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Good writing in Chinese)
