Charged with driving and delivering a challenging agenda, your brief will focus on their journey towards operational excellence, with a heavy emphasis on the introduction of continuous improvement across the site. Through your experienced team, you will advise on improvement and industry advancements for capital projects to ensure optimum performance through incorporating the latest technology whilst providing strategic input as part of the management team to lead the business forward.
As well as a strong engineering background and proven track record with an FMCG environment, you will have excellent communication skills with the ability not only to manage and motivate your own team, but also liaise at all levels with other elements of the business to ensure an environment of continuous improvement throughout the whole process. Organised and with a planned approach to preventative maintenance, you will be tenacious, flexible and positive in your delivery.
