Chief Engineer
This is a very busy 700 Roomed, Four Star Deluxe Hotel, part of a Small Group of Hotels.
You will be responsible for all building maintenance, engineering and upkeep of this very busy hotel.
Plan and schedule all maintenance and engineering works, within budgets and time constraints.
You will liaise, manage and organise all external contractors.
You will lead and develop a team of staff, ensuring the highest standards are maintained and that any performance issues are managed effectively.
You will be responsible for all supplier and stock management, as well as full responsibility for budgets and costs.
You will be an experienced Chief / Head Engineer within Four Star Deluxe or Five Star Hotels / Private Members Club.
You will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to encourage and motivate your team.
Full budget and cost management experience.
You must be a qualified electrician, and have at least 3 years experience as an Assistant Chief Engineer or above.
