Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ) recruitment
Our client is a leading manufacturing company engaged in the production of food packaging products and consumer disposables made of paper, aluminum and plastic.
Part of Senior Management, you will be reporting to the Managing Director (of the Holding Group) and manage the COO and all Heads of Departments. Your activities will include, but not be limited to:
• Taking responsibility for the overall performance, sales and profitability to contribute to Company and product range growth
• Managing operations and controlling company assets, records, information and manpower
• Ensuring quality and factory standards are improved and in-line with the Company’s mission and vision
• Business planning - including budget, objectives, KPIs and targets
• Ensuring optimal cash flow control and profit monitoring
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• At least 10+ years experience in the same or similar role
• Previous experience should include product engineering, manufacturing engineering, commercial management, finance, IT, HR, and materials management
• Highly experienced with P/L and other financial accounting insight
• MBA Diploma
• Fluent English
