Chief Executive Officer (Insurance) recruitment
Our client is a well respected Insurance company that has a strong presence in the Middle East. They have experienced strong growth in the region and require a CEO to join and assist with their continued success.
As a Chief Executive Officer you will:
• Lead the company and be the primary representative to the board.
• Work with the board on planning for the future direction of the company and implement this across the company.
• Ensure that the financial performance targets are achieved and set new goals to increase revenue for the company.
• Assist with the expansion of the company into new territories and markets.
• Ensure that you are kept up to date on all the latest news in the insurance market.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have pervious experience in running a similar company at a CEO level. You should be ambitious and have the ability to build on the companies success. Regional experience is a key and these contacts will be important when growing the company further. The ideal candidates should have a MBA from a reputable business school and at least ten year experience in the insurance industry.
