As the CEO Asia you will have an exceptional track record in the Banking industry and will have full strategic and operational responsibility for the bank. Responsible for designing and implementing business strategies for the bank and driving efficiencies across all aspects of the company.
Leading by example when implementing guidelines, regulations and industry compliance and procedures will ensure commitment from your team. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders will be critical to ensure continued success and development of the bank.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years experience of International banking is essential
- Degree holder – Finance/Accounting preferred
- Excellent knowledge of banking operations, trade finance, capital markets, bank policies and systems
- Strong decision making, problem solving and people management skills
- Strong relationships with the Hong Kong regulators and excellent understanding of banking regulations for proper conduct of banking business.
- Strong leadership and management ability in developing, motivating and retaining critical talents and building an effective management team
