Chief Finance Officer recruitment
My client is rapidly growing Commercial bank looking for a Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) CFO/Group FD, FD or Head of Finance to join them on a 3 year contract in Afghanistan.
The reason for a new Finance Director is due to the companies growth whereby the Financial Controller will need the support.
You will report to the CEO and your position as Finance Director will be looking after a team of 14 accountants, these will predominantly be quailed accountants both financial and management accountants.
You will need to have at least 5 years post qualification in a senior or similar position ideally from a commercial or investment banking background.
As Finance Director you will be in charge of 35 different branches around the area. The ideal candidate will stay in this position for a minimum of 3 years. They will be a person who is excited for an opportunity which is different and exciting in an extremely profitable environment.
It is essential that you speak excellent English and someone who is looking for strong career progression.
