Responsibilities: Directs and manages financial operations of the hospital including Accounting, Business Office, Information Systems, Health Information Systems and Materials Management. Should be able to provide leadership and ensures maximum operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications: Must have BS in Accounting and Finance. CPA or MBA preferred. Must have 3-5 years previous experience as a hospital CFO. 3-4 years of hospital experience required. Demonstrated excellent communication skills, works well with people and must be a team player. Must have broad understanding of Medicare/Medicaid and Managed care payment methodologies. Medicaid reimbursement knowledge is essential. This position is both a management leadership role and a hands on position.
