Chief Financial Officer
Water Street Ministries is accepting resumes for the position of Chief Financial Officer. This position is responsible for the oversight and review financial processes as well as human resources, information technology and physical plant operations. Financial responsibilities include PL, annual budget, investments, administration of donations, implementation of best practices, and managing the financial analysis necessary for WSM to make sound business decisions and maximize services to clients. This position also assists setting the strategic objectives and goals of WSM.
The qualified candidate will possess strong accounting and management knowledge, written and oral communication skills, experience in managing/executing business processes, strong people skills and ability to implement business process improvements/changes. A business degree, with accounting major, from accredited college with a minimum of six years accounting/operations experience is required. Executive management experience and CPA or CMA preferred.
