Chief Financial Officer

Orange AHRC is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer for our diverse not-for-profit multi-funded organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Position reports to Executive Director and requires demonstrated knowledge of regulations pertaining to compliance, reporting and rate setting for OPWDD, SED, HUD.
As a key member of the Executive Management team, the CFO will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the Agency. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include complex program offerings under diverse state, federal and private funding sources. The CFO has direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing. Responsible for overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the Agency in conjunction with the Executive Director and Board of Directors.
BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable. Significant knowledge and experience with at least 12 to 15 years of broad finance experience in not-for-profit multi-funded organizations. Sophisticated fund and grant accounting, compliance and reporting with a budget of at least $30 mil.
