Our client is one of the leading players in the market they operate in. one of their corporate strategies is to be listed on main board in Hong Kong exchange. As a result, they are currently seeking a seasoned CFO with strong Corporate Finance background to join their pre-ipo team.
As the leader of the Finance department, your key mandate is to assist the CEO and Pre-IPO team on all statutory requirements. You will also be working with top management of the company on corporate development and strategies and support the decision making with key financial data.
To be successful, you will be a qualified accountant with solid track record in corporate finance and have previously assisted on IPO projects. You will have sound knowledge on pre-listing rules and regulations and preferably coming from a infrastructure background.
