Working as the CFO, you will work alongside the executive management team who have each managed diverse multi-disciplined operational business growth within the key industries and regions. With comparable credentials, you will take a strategic approach when developing the corporate financial strategy. When delivering the corporate strategy you must use your previous experience of representing companies with investment bankers and all other investment opportunities.
The company has realistic and obtainable growth plans with projections of above USD$650M. To date, the company has achieved all its strategic objectives for growth. As the business has aspirations of an IPO, you must also have previous experience and direct involvement in a listing of a business with a minimum of 15+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation, preferably construction (or industry) related.
It is imperative that you can develop the financial and tax planning strategies across various jurisdictions. The role requires you to be accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management and oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
