Chief Financial Officer recruitment
Our client is a regional powerhouse in the manufacture of automation systems. In recent years, the organization has expanded its business and hence, there is now a need for a finance professional of high calibre to join the management team as the Chief Financial Officer.
Reporting to the CEO and Chairman, you will be the top executive for all finance matters within the organization together with significant strategic business partnering opportunities. You will be leading a capable finance team and your scope of work will also entail supervision and review of current financial systems and processes with a focus on improving efficiency within the finance organization.
Ideally, you are a CPA and a qualified degree holder in Accounting with a minimum of 12 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure across a diverse range of finance responsibilities. Prior finance leadership experience within an SGX-listed company will be highly advantageous. You must also have excellent interpersonal skills with a good track record of team-leading experience.
