Chief Investment Officer recruitment
The CIO serves as a fiduciary and the senior investment professional of the RSIC. Leads the investment program and team in a manner that facilitates seeking superior long-term investment results at a reasonable level of risk. Directs and oversees all of the RSIC’s investment professionals. Directs and oversees Investment Risk Management and Portfolio Analytics. Executes directives from the Commission and collaborates with the Director of Operations to effectively implement the vision, mission and strategic goals of the Commission. The position reports directly to the six-member Commission and serves as an at will employee. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related advanced degree and 10 years investment management experience, with 5 of those years experience in the management of multiple asset portfolios, preferred. CFA or CFP designation preferred. Competitive compensation based on experience with an excellent incentive package.
