Requirements:
12+ Years of previous experience with 1-4 family income property, construction property, specialty use property and/or other real estate loan origination, lending, underwriting, appraisal, closing, foreclosure, workout, secondary market, loan sale, loan purchase, loan servicing, and construction experience. Understanding and execution of lending policies and procedures, including current state and federal regulations. Leadership, Management, and Supervisory experience.
Description:
New York Chartered Commercial Bank seeks a Chief Lending Officer. Responsible for all loan operations and activities in the department including the management, supervision, and guidance of all loan staff. Base salary 125k-200k.
