Chief Medical Officer
This blue chip life insurer has a successful track record in attracting innovative thought leaders to the organisation from overseas and also stting them up to succeed through employing a collaborative and inclusive management style which works well at every level of the organisiation. With a mandate to really differentiate it's offering to all internal and external stakeholders this insurer is looking to speak to senior Chief Medical Officers that are capable of thinking outside the square whist still adhering to this providers risk strategy.
This role will see you being heavily involved in driving innovation, education and medical philosophiies which will have a direct input into Product development, pricing and innovation that will truly differentiate this insurer from others.
To be considered for this role you will need to be a thought leader and innovater currently working within the life insurance or reinsurance industry as a Chief Medical Officer. Your communication skills should be first class whether that be on a one to one basis or when presenting to a forum of peers and external stakeholders.
Ideally you should also be aware of the many developments within the life insurance industry over the last 20 years from a scientific, medical and product perspective and also understand the dynamics of the many technologies that are constantly changing the landscape with regards to how business is conducted and executed ie on line portals versus traditional practices.
Based in Sydney this role will see you as the Medical figurehead for this innovative insurer and the rewards and seniority of this role won't disappoint in any way.
