Watson Moore is currently managing the recruitment process for a Chief Operating Officer Position within a prestige SME based in Liverpool. Reporting into, and working very closely with, the Managing Director, you will be afforded a wide ranging brief that will encompass both staff and project management responsibilities, as well as business development and sales operations.
An exciting and ambitious business development project awaits the successful candidate as my client looks to further expand their client reach and focus. Tasked with managing a team of 6, you will look to monitor company and subcontractor performance through the establishment of individual KPIs and development targets. Instilling best practice at all levels of the business, you will ensure that the company is able to provide outstanding levels of customer support and the highest quality of finished product on an ongoing basis, maintaining exceptional relationships with both past and prospective clients.
The successful candidate MUST possess previous construction site experience, preferably in a project or site management capacity. Excellent time management skills, motivational ability and the passion and confidence to represent this market leading brand are essential qualities for candidates looking to apply.
