Chief Operating Officer recruitment
You will work closely with the CEO to provide advice on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, MA activity and investment priorities and maintain continuous lines of communication on all critical financial matters. Implement an appropriate system of policies and controls, standards and procedures to ensure that the organization is adhering to the strategic plans and all business practices are in compliance. You will assist the CEO in the promotion and marketing of products and oversee the maintenance of invested parties’ interests.
Suitable candidates should possess a minimum degree in Business Administration or Finance with at least 12 years of experience in general management with a preference in the areas of real estate investment and/or fund management. Superior management skills with the ability to influence and impact strategy, finance and administration initiatives is key. A team leader who is a good problem solver and delivers results, confident and composed will be highly considered for this role. Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to influence to garner support is very important.
