General Scope:
Reports to CEO, responsible for enhancing the internal organization processes and infrastructure.
Specific Duties:
- Financial Management Oversight:
o Working with Director of Finance, manage and oversee all financial and business planning activities
§ Direct and administer all financial plans
§ Oversee business policies and accounting practices
§ Review and analyze financial reports
§ Supports and advise the CEO in decision making
§ Lead and support organizational budgeting process
o Oversee reporting and monitoring of organizational performance metrics
o Provide overall financial oversight and monitoring
o Ensure that relevant financial data is presented to the CEO and senior management team.
- Human Resources Oversight
o Work with the Director of Human Resources to assure compliance
o Ensure that human resource function is properly resourced and represented with senior management.
- Operations
o Oversee risk management and legal activities
o Business Insurance management
o Information Technology management
o Organizational reporting and monitoring
o Office management
o Work together with CEO to provide support to the Board of Directors
