Chief Records Officer – Records Management recruitment

Document Management System (DMS) :

Create road map, strategy for Enterprise DMS. Managing the DMS Team Scanning and Indexing of Daily vouchers from ROPS.Indexing of COPS new products. Indexing of Supervisor module. Mismatch Reports clearing

Records Management System (RMS) :

Ensuring the RMS dept functions as per the RMS Policy and procedures. Archival, Retrieval and refilling of Records of various departments. Coordinating with Archival vendor. Ageing Analysis for retrieved documents by business units.Destruction of Records as defined in RMS Policy. Receipt Daily vouchers of ROPS, BPMS entry based on the transaction date and maintaining the boxes for archival. Managing BPMS User ID creation for RMS users. New record Assets creation, modification and deletion of existing record assets. Training for BPMS usage. BPMS User Access review. UAT for new products from units other than ROPS, COPS

Data Cleansing System  (DCS):

Ensure efficient operations of the DCS function. Ensuring customer mandate files are updated in T24 as per physical documents. Ensuring 3-way reconciliation of physical, scanned and electronic data for Retail customer records. Managing the team of Makers and checkers of DCS application. Coordinating with IT for efficient functioning of DCS application.Coordinating with Retail Operations to ensure current mandates are updated in DCS application.Regular MIS and dashboards to Management on progress of Data Cleansing activity. Ensuring high level of compliance at DIP facility where the Customer mandates are stored.

Ensuring Discrepancies are recorded and escalated to ROPs for corrective action. Should have Masters degree in Business Administration or equivalent with minimum of 10 years experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domain. 

Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to develop and team members and work with minimal supervision.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with the IT organization, project and application development teams, management and business personnel

Experience developing standard operating procedures.

Experience in implementation of system for document and records management.
