CHIEF RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER, SINGAPORE
You will work directly with the head office and heads of the business and report into the Board of Directors and Chairman. You will play a pivotal role in the building and development of the risk team in Singapore. Proven experience of top level engagement with the front office is imperative, along with excellent understanding of products and the ability to get key stakeholder “buy in”.
The ideal candidate should have at least 20 years of experience in energy trading with broad risk experience. You will possess strong portfolio management and analytical skills and be an inclusive leader with proven leadership, having the ability to build, lead and motivate a team. Being a strategic thinker with commercial and business sense would be helpful. Fluency in English is a must. The ability to speak an Asian language is an advantage.
