Chief Risk Officer – Geneva recruitment
In this challenging position that requires a solid theoretical background in Finance and Risk Management your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Identifying emerging risks and approving counterparty exposures
- Supervising the development and implementation of a new risk framework and stress-testing
- Implementing risk strategies and policies and liaising with the Compliance Department
- Understanding risk implications at a strategic and business level
- Leading and coaching the risk team
- Managing relationships with external regulators, auditors and rating agencies
The successful candidate brings along a Master Degree in Finance, FRM, PRM or similar and a solid background in banking risk management. Furthermore, you have experience in working across all levels of a bank, have strong communication skills in English (German and French would be highly advantageous) and has a proven track record in leadership and the ability to interact with senior management.
