The Role
Role will involve managing all aspects of the Risk and Compliance function of a the Irish head quarters of a major diversified financial services company. Specifics of the role will include:
- Fostering an appropriate risk management culture within the bank
- Driving quality assurance and facilitating the sharing of best practice risk measurement and management of key risk issues across the Bank.
- Implementing risk mitigation strategies and remedial actions where appropriate
- Primary contact with the Irish regulator and other European relevant regulatory authorities.

Candidates should have a proven track record leading a large Risk and Compliance function with a major financial services company,

Our client is an large and and growing Irish subsidary subsidiary of a major internationally diversified US financial services company. The Irish head quarters is the hub for supporting the company's international business strategy
Remuneration
