My client, one of the leading banks in Vietnam is currently recruiting for an experienced Chief Risk Officer to oversee and manage all aspects of risk within the Bank.
The succesful Chief Risk Officer will be responsible for managing all risk functions within the bank ensuring effective management of risk, strategy and business optimisation. The bank is currently going through a period of increased profitability and transformation so they are looking to develop and implement robust risk frameworks and controls across the business.
The successful CRO will have extensive experience of managing and overseeing a large risk function with strong people management skills. You will have also worked with external consultants to improve the banks risk management and will been at the forefront of process and control improvement.
