Chief Risk Officer (Shanghai)

Our client has a strong presence in China and has been providing asset management service to its clients in China. As they have received license from regulator to open a new trust arm, they are now looking for a Chief Risk Officer to join this exciting team.
Responsibilities
- In this role you will be oversee the whole risk management of the company, especially credit Management of all the investment project.
- You will provide advisory to the senior management in regards of any potential credit risk issues.
- You will implement credit control guidelines, procedures and policies including KYC policy to minimize the potential credit risk.
- You will manage and monitor credit risk and work closely with front-desk staffs for resolution of credit issues.
Requirements
- To be a successful candidate, you will have at least 12 years' credit control/risk experience in a commercial bank or similar role. Candidates must have 10 years+ of management experience.
- You will speak fluently in mandarin.
- You will need excellent communication skills to liaise with internal team members and external regulators.
