Job description
* Improving business efficiency and shortened customer delivery times.
* Accountable for firm's project portfolio: Provide transparency to firm's executive committee, shortening resolution time for critical issues.
* Implement governance processes to prioritize and execute programs against business strategy: Focus resources on top priority programs, rather than spread limited resources across multiple programs.
* Defined best practices for program and project management: Establish firm's PMO Council to syndicate consistent global standards and practices, mapping firm's complex interdependencies to deliver products.
* Leadership and management of global Program Management team in US, Europe and Asia. Build a team of program managers with skills to proactively demonstrate business value of good program management.
Who we're looking for
* Someone who can demonstrat ability to interpret technology and market trends as a foundation for technology and product roadmaps.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* At least 15 years in technology, with 7 in an executive-level position.
* BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required, MBA preferred.
