CHILDREN'S CASE MANAGER
The Counseling Center is a progressive community mental health agency headquartered in Wooster, a medium-sized college town, located in scenic rural Northeastern Ohio within 30-60 minutes of Akron, Canton, Cleveland and Mansfield.
We are seeking a Children's Case Manager to make a difference in the lives of at-risk children, teens, and their families. Work as part of a team to: Implement a service plan, assist in crisis management, assess needs and assist in accessing community services, provide restorative interventions and training including recovery and wellness management education, and advocate for clients as needed. Majority of work provided in client homes, schools, or community sites.
Flexibility, dedication, and the ability to relate successfully to parents, children and teens are expected. Bachelor's degree and LSW required.
