Utilization Management Representative Inbound Customer Service Reps Needed! $15.50/hr Kelly Services is looking for qualified candidates that have a strong customer service background. Representatives will be responsible for coordinating cases for precertification and prior authorization review. The UMR position also manages incoming calls, including triage, opening of cases and authorizing sessions. This position is responsible for the identification and data entry of referral requests into the UM system in accordance with the plan certificate. The representative also develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Qualified candidates must have: 1 year of Customer Service Call Center Experience is required. Previous experience in a medical/healthcare enrollment and/or managed care call center environment is preferred. Must have strong data entry and PC skills Excellent persuasion, planning and organizational skills. Be able to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Position is located in Albany, NY. Pay rate is $15.50/hr. Hours 10:30am ? 7:00 pm Monday through Friday Only those candidates that qualify will be contacted!
