CIB Finance Business Management
A global organisation, CIB Finance Business Management (FBM) ensures a sound control environment and provides financial advice to support the CIB business strategy. Within CIB FBM, major areas of responsibility are: Business-aligned CFO's, Controllers, Support Staff CFO, and Strategic Planning Analysis (PA)

The EMEA CFO is the CIB Regional CFO and holds governance responsibilities and Regulator relationships for all LOBs of the firm. The team includes a small PA group which serves as a strategic analytical resource to help senior executives understand, manage, forecast, and plan the financial profitability of the region. The team also supports/leads a range of strategic analysis and projects in the Finance area for CIB and across LOBs.

The Regional Planning Analysis Associate responsibilities include:
• Support the CIB performance reporting on a daily and monthly basis (regional product views)
• Produce CIB Business reporting to UK Regulators
• Support Regional MIS reporting (across all LOBs) to EMEA Management Committee and to Operating Committee review for International Wholesale
• Support Regional and Country EMRs, client reporting, headcount and expense reporting. Including research and communication of variances
• Proactively analyse trends, research issues and respond to inquiries
• Develop financial and other models to analyse results
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting
• Enhance current processes and reporting
• Supporting and/or leading group projects
• Working closely with LOB Product Controllers, Legal Entity Controllers, and Mumbai based CIB Finance service center who produce the majority of the standardised reports
