Within the Fund Services organization, the Client Change Team is responsible for driving continuous evolution of business capabilities and operating models by delivering changes mandated by the Client in close interaction with the rest of the organization, including but not limited to: Relationship Managers, Product, Solutions, Risk, Technology, Fund Accounting, Cash Administration, Operational Risk, Compliance Reporting, etc.
The portfolio includes requests that enable Asset Managers to satisfy requirements from their clients, business units, the regulators and the industry in general, and is focuses on development of capabilities for new markets, new instruments, amendments to reports, new operating models, system implementations and modifications.
For 2013, the key focus of this function will be on tracking utilization of the $39MM investment budget across the Client Change portfolio, and benefit realization.
Job Responsibilities:Provide central governance, coordination and tracking of the overall Change Programme for a given client or a group of clients;Routine management and oversight of the Client Experience budget, with particular emphasis on maintaining an accurate view of planned vs actual expenditure;Oversight, design and production of MI in support of the governance function;Day to day functional project management including production of plans, AIR logs, etc.Depending on candidate's qualifications and Team's needs, direct oversight of junior team members could be in scope

Qualifications
Qualifications/Experience:Successful track record of programme/project management with extensive stakeholder communications including complex and high profile client accounts;Excellent negotiation, conflict-resolution, prioritization, multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills;Analytical, structured approach to problem solving;Ability to influence a complex organization to deliver on behalf of clients;Ability to communicate and articulate findings / reports to senior stakeholders in written / spoken work and quantitative data supported by the relevant visuals;Expert level in MS Excel and Project, intermediate level is all other MS Office Applications;Professional Project Management qualification strongly preferred;Business process reengineering experience;Team player with ability work with colleagues in a collaborative manner, as well as being able to proactively progress multiple tasks independently;Ability to lead a team (including virtual) consisting of a wide range of personalities and experience levels;Excellent time management;Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to quality of deliverables, ability to influence an organization to deliver the same;Relentless focus on understanding / interrogating data to find the facts and identify discrepancies.About J.P.
