Department Profile
The EMEA Implementation Team is responsible for implementing all new Treasury Services Cash Management business within agreed timeframes, using a tried and tested Project Management methodology to onboard clients.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Reporting to the regional head of implementation, the objective of this position is to oversee day to day management of the EMEA Implementations Project management team, who are responsible for on boarding complex Cash and Treasury management solutions, for our Large Corporate, Commercial Bank and Financial institution Clients, both in region and globally.
KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB:
- Manage the day-to-day workflow of the team of Implementation Project managers.
- Provide support and guidance to the team.
- Serve as a point of escalation for the team to ensure timely resolution of issues, including ensuring any identified changes in policy and procedures are communicated to appropriate support areas.
- Regularly review and analyse team metrics to drive process improvement, reduce cycle time and increase client satisfaction.
- Manage client escalations effectively by engaging appropriate resources ensuring effective and timely resolutions.
- Support Sales group and Product Management in providing responses to Client RFPs with regards to any Implementation related queries.
- Attend regular meetings with Sales Management to share and receive feedback (metrics, Client surveys etc.), gain a clear idea of sales strategy and pipeline.
- Meet regularly with Product Management team to facilitate open communication about issues that impact the client experience and periodically review performance against agreed Product SLAs.
- Work with Sales and Product partners to establish the on-boarding process of new products and services and amend processes to incorporate mandated industry changes.
- Perform appraisal process, create meaningful development plans and play a key training and coaching role.

- Proven experience in project management
Management experience and proven leadership skills - Experience in Cash Management and Treasury services
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience in managing change
- Proficient in various desktop and internet -based applications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong presentation and negotiating skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Degree level education required
