CID SUPPORT ANALYST recruitment
The Company are consolidating E-Channels support and business as usual change activities into one support and change team (Client Information Delivery team) based in Edinburgh.
The Client Information Delivery team will provide a service both directly or indirectly to clients utilising Company net, Office or Investor in conjunction with our Direct Services teams located in Canada, India and China. These E-channels products are in use globally across the Company client base.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support for internal and external clients – handling of call queries and email queries of a complex nature.
- Process client account opening requests in conjunction with Account Management and Direct Services teams.
- Provide route cause analysis of problems, raise and manage enhancement requests to support underlying support issues.
- Provide single point of ownership for support queries, managing through to problem resolution.
- Liaise with other team members: IT, Business Operations, Product and clients.
- Involvement in testing cycles, as required where enhancements or fixes are being effected.
- On boarding of new Accounting client funds from both Geneva and Icon to the Company net.
- On boarding of new Performance Measurement and Compliance clients onto the Company net.
- On boarding of new Custody Prime Services clients onto the Company net.
- On-going support for clients for Office Investor.
- Production of MI on system issues and volumes of requests.

Core Requirements:
- System support experience either in a business or IT capacity.
- Experience in the Finance and Banking industry environment (i.e., Custodian, fund administrator etc.) with support experience.
- A basic accounting knowledge or Custody knowledge.
- IT Literate.
- Knowledge of domestic and global custody.
- Experience of a financial accounting or fund accounting systems (Advent Geneva, Linedata Icon or similar), client reporting (valuations, etc.).
- Experience of supporting E-channels products either in a support capacity or as a Business Analyst.
