CIO, Head of IT Banking – Asia recruitment
This is a change the bank opportunity. Our client is in transition mode and is looking for inspirational charismatic individual to drive change. Circa 450 staff across the region, primarily development responsible for regional and some global "green field" projects. Multiple projects ranging from front office development revamp to OMS. Blend of in-house and vendor solutions.
Looking for candidates with considerable Sell or Buy side experience, ideally a combination of both. 20 years+ experience ideally some gained in Asia or in global roles working across multiple jurisdictions. Highest levels of stakeholder management is a must. Visionary leadership and strategizing with the business IT both regional and global.
Strong technical understanding and indeed keeping up to date with latest relevant technologies, development background is ideal. Ability and experience effectively managing large and diverse teams.
