We have been mandated to find them a CIO to contribute to this success story. Information Technology is at the core of this growth and this is a high profile role within the business.
Responsible for the information technology of this cutting edge financial services house, we are looking for an experienced senior manager to take strategic responsibility for the plans, policies, programs etc. whilst leading a team of c 60 broadly split across Development, Systems and Infrastructure.
Combined with the day to day operational responsibilities of directing the information and data integrity of the company and its business units, and ensuring infrastructural capabilities are responsive to the needs of the company’s growth and objectives, you will be responsible for setting the IT roadmap for the business, gaining buy in from business units and the senior management team, and facilitating their continued international expansion.
We are looking for a leader with an entrepreneurial attitude and a strong technical background with "front to back" IT knowledge, gained within Investment Banking / Trading. Experience of strategic planning and execution, change management, and strong interpersonal skills are all a prerequisite, as is knowledge of IT computer systems and software and the ability to manage the entire spectrum of IT operations. We also require experience of implementing IT integrations in a large division / company, and the ability to motivate teams and influence at all levels within an organisation.
