The ideal candidate will understand how to incorporate social media with traditional marketing and who is an analytical thinker.
Essential Job Responsibilities
· Implement integrated marketing plan for multiple publications including email, direct mail, social media, telemarketing and trade show opportunities
· Develop compelling direct mail, email campaigns and renewal/requalifications efforts with clear features/product benefits, along with high impact headlines, endorsements, and calls for action
· Develop and coordinate marketing tests of all sources to optimize response
· Analyze, track and monitor marketing performance and expenses by product/campaign to assess effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
· Understanding of digital and social media to implement marketing programs that will grow digital circulation
· Prepare and file semi-annual circulation audits
· Prepare competitive publication/market analysis
Qualifications/Education
· Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
· Proficient in excel, word and power point
· Ability to shift tasks and direction quickly while maintaining responsibilities having the highest priority
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid work experience
· Publication experience a plus, but not necessary
