About the Role:
The role is a key member of the Systems and Networks team that provides technical support to clients. The main focus on the role is to provide second and third level support to customers networks covering a wide variety of technologies including their LAN'S, WAN'S, Voice, and Security.
Key Skills and Requirements:
To be successful you will need to demonstrate specialist technical knowledge and experience in Cisco LAN/ WAN Network design, management and operations principles, network structure and facilities. This would include switching, transmission and customer access technology, information systems and product /service support systems. To be considered for the role you will demonstrate:
- 3+ years in IT technical roles and network support and Consulting
- Design, analysis, development and implementation support of data networks
- Good organisational, communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with
clients - Voice technologies with experience in Call Manager or Call Manager express
- Experience in design, implementation and support of WAN, LAN, Switching
- CCNP, CCDP, CCVP, CCA XenApp
