Key responsibilities:
• Collecting financial, and other Risk-related information, and completion of pricing pro-forma’s where applicable, to ensure the timely execution of credit line increases, reviews and on-boarding of new partner relationships;
• Ensuring full compliance with anti-money laundering and customer due diligence regulatory requirements;
• Structuring credit lines to enhance security positions (credit insurance; ILOCs, corporate guarantees, and where applicable Cisco recourse) in accordance with Risk 6.0 policy guidelines;
• Managing legal process in alignment with Risk department to ensure credit lines and related security are documented appropriately;
• Act as primary commercial interface to set ongoing requirements for credit (co)insurance cover via dedicated credit insurance broker;
• Act as primary commercial interface with programme participants in alignment with Capital Markets team;
• Provide oversight and guidance to Account Management team regarding timely receipt and collection of customer payments, agreement of payment plans and ongoing operational maintenance of credit lines;
• Completion of all mandatory training, Session D requirements.
Your Experience
Experienced with track record of the following:
• Thorough understanding of assignment-based ICT channel financing structures is essential
• Exceptional customer/partner relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to assess customer/partner needs
• High degree of financial literacy
• Strong execution skills
• Proven negotiation skills
• Strong written and communications skills
• Team player able to execute in a matrix organisation
• 20-30% travel in either MEA or European region
