Cisco Unified Comms Consultant
Our client a leading IT Managed Services Company and Cisco Gold Partner have a requirement for a Cisco Unified Comms Consultant in the South East.
We are looking for a UCCE (and ideally UCCX) experienced consultant who has done both high level design and implementation work.
You need to be familiar with the Contact Centre and associated platforms as well as CallManager as the majority of our client's projects involve both.
This is a consultant role which will be very customer focused.
It is post sales, mostly on site design and delivery of Cisco UCCE/X and IPT solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical side of the project (with PM assistance) from initial customer workshop through design to delivery of the solution.
Requirements:
Understanding of mandatory technologies:
• Cisco Contact Centre, UCCE and UCCX
• CVP
• Cisco IPT including CUCM (ideally at release 8),
• Lead complex UC projects
• Good understanding of underlying network infrastructure
• Current driving licence, valid for UK.
• Minimum 4 years experience working in a Design/Consultancy role.
• Customer facing
• Capable of producing high quality documentation
• Excellent Communication Skills
Salary: £65,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
Location: Home Based with majority of work in London/South East but the role does cover the country.
