Fantastic CISCO Gold Partner specializing in deploying Security, Voice over IP and other Advanced Data Networking solutions and services to customers across the country has an immediate need in Wisconsin for a CISCO Voice Engineer. The person can work out of any of our offices located in Madison, Appleton and Brookfield. And there will be some remote work available!!
What you will need for this position:
- Hands on experience with CISCO technologies with exposure to CISCO Voice, Wireless and Security products
- Strong CISCO Voice background, Minimum of CCVP, CCNP, CCIE Voice preferred
- Experience migrating UC and UM systems and or PBX
- Experience with Call Manager, Unity Connections, Dialogic, SIP, MGCP, would all be helpful
- Exchange Unified Messaging or Equivalent Exchange 2007 2010 knowledge a plus
- Experience with Routing and Switching products, including OSPF, EIGRP, Multicast Routing, QoS, and Carrier Services
- CISCO Products including CISCO ISR, CISCO ASR, Nexus, Catalyst would be a plus
- Layer 2 and 3 networking skills are a plus
- Ability to lead a team or projects
- Professional Services background
What you'll be doing / working with:
- Participate in large scale Deployments
- Perform telephony and UC requirement analysis and assist with requirements gathering, optimization and upgrade assistance
- Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services
- Provide technical and sales support for customers and clients
- Large scale custom profiling design and implementation
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in the design, implementation and operations of other CISCO Advance Technology products especially in regard to VoIP, security and wireless
- Provide Tier II Tier III Support for Existing Customers when needed
- Providing post project support
- Design, architect and upgrade large complex service providers
- Act as a mentor to other engineers
