Description

This position reports to the SVP - Director, BOD Regulatory Macy's Business Delivery within Citi Retail Services.
Establish formal communication process with Macy's internal and external team members to provide transparency to the business through regular business updates.
Develop and manage the strategy and messaging for project status to ensure transparency of performance, management and compliance of the business.
Work closely with our Operations partners to ensure that product/process initiatives are consistently applied across the multiple portfolios.
Partner with Business Leaders, Global Consumer Compliance, Audit Risk and Review, Risk Management, Legal Counsel, Business Practices, Operations, and others to mitigate reputation and franchise risk in the execution of new products, services and policies. .
Collaborate with business leaders to find solutions to control issues and achieve common goals by influencing decisions and opinions of other to ensure a sound control environment

· A bachelor's degree is required and an advanced degree in business or related endeavors would be preferred.
