Other responsibilities include:-
- Acquiring Citigold new-to-bank (NTB) customers and to be Sales objective.
- Cross-sell Citigold proposition to individual customers, companies, affluent segments
- Conduct telesales activity to affluent segment customers
- To deliver quality service that create customer satisfaction and maximize sales
- To organize, coordinate and participate in Citigold's events and activities
- To comply and adhere to the Bank policies, procedure and regulatory requirement
- To update and maintain regular Sales Acquisition MIS and post event follow up activities.
The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:-
- New relationship acquisition skills
- At least 2 years of excellent retail banking sales experience
- Tertiary education
- Excellent interpersonal and event management skills
- Highly driven and motivated
- Experienced in telesales
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Strong in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
