Creative Circle is the premiere creative staffing agency in many of the country’s major creative hubs. We are currently growing our business at an exciting pace! We have offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Philadelphia, New York and Dallas. We work with the top ad agencies, design firms and interactive agencies in town, as well as a wide range of mid to large size corporations, providing top-notch talent for freelance and full time opportunities.

 

We are seeking to add a member to our team. The City Manager must have previous supervisory and team leading experience as well as experience in staff evaluation. This role will involve heavy cold calling to generate new business, as well as managing a team of recruiters and account executives. The ideal candidate will have creative staffing experience and a proven track record of producing (sales or recruiting) for a staffing agency.

 

Creative Circle is seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in staffing and at least 5 years of previous or recent experience in an advertising agency, design firm, interactive firm or in-house marketing department of a corporation.

 

This candidate must have sound judgment in regards to account management, candidate management and managing internal employees.  The City Manager should strive to be a leading producer and lead a team by example. The right candidate will embrace structure, constructive feedback and a frenetic pace. Industry knowledge in print, web and broadcast is a nice to have. High energy, an abnormally high work ethic and a healthy sense of humor are all required for success in this role. Must have the ability to uphold company Operational Best Practices, motivate, coach and mentor staff.

BONUS: experience in a creative agency (advertising, design firm, marketing agency). Any staffing experience is a plus!
