Qualifications include a BS/MS degree in Civil Engineering with 3-5 years experience in land development, site work, and utility design for site development and environmental projects.  Project work includes grading, drainage, utility, stormwater management and erosion control designs and permit development.  Experience with AutoCad Civil 3D required.  Detailed experience with design and permitting of Marcellus Shale and Coal Mining Sites.  The position provides opportunities for individual responsibility and professional growth in an expanding organization.  Work can be in the Beaver or Moon Township office. 

 3-5 years experience in land development, site work, and utility design for site development and environmental projects.

Experience with AutoCad Civil 3D required. 

Detailed experience with design and permitting of Marcellus Shale and Coal Mining Sites.
