Steady growth within the region has created an opportunity for an experienced civil design engineer to join a progressive company charged with developing creative design solutions across a variety of commercial, structural, infrastructure and urban projects. This company specialises in end-to-end project delivery, so on-site management and client liaison is an integral element of this role.
Your role will include:
- Design and documentation of a broad variety of projects
- Specialist project Planning and Creative Design solutions
- Project co-ordination responsibilities on small to medium projects,
- Technical report writing and results presentation
- Liaising with Clients and Authorities
Selection Criteria:
- You will have between 4 + years civil engineering experience, specifically working within residential and industrial subdivision solutions,
- Good understanding of local council requirements, WSUD (Water Sensitive Urban Design) and QUDE (Queensland Urban Drainage Experience) highly regarded,
- Competent user of design software including 12D, PC Drains and AutoCAD,
- Strong design capability demonstrated with an eye for detail,
- Excellent problem solving skills to anticipate, identify and resolve problems at any stage,
- Formal Qualifications in Civil Engineering,
- Competent written and oral communication skills,
