You have proven yourself as a Civil Designer and have now moved into a senior position. Your expertise lies in the design of major land development and sub division projects.
You have lead a successful team of designers ensuring your projects are completed to spec and delivered well before the deadline. You are looked upon by your peers as a 12D 'GURU' - they come to you for assistance when they are stuck.
Due to succession planning, you will be moving into the Directors position within the next 18 months. The current director is moving on and will be slowly winding down early 2012.
