- Responsibility across feasibility studies, development cost estimates, detailed design, documentation and preparing schedules for residential subdivisions ranging from small lots to 12+ staged subdivisions over 100+ hectares
- Key role in mentoring junior engineers and assisting them with 12D design, eventually moving 1 or 2 of these Engineers into a team of your own, where you will be given projects to complete and delegate work to them
Must have between 4-6 years experience in land development within
